Considering most people buying this are doing so because their computer does not have bluetooth I will share that: I just needed to download bluetooth drivers from the proper website for my system which wasn't the drivers provided here but from intel. soon as I installed my intel bluetooth drivers the plug and play was in play and I was instantly able to start pairing devices with my computer. So for those who have the derp moment I did TLDR: THE DRIVERS ON THIS SITE MIGHT NOT BE THE RIGHT ONES FOR YOUR COMPUTER(if you even get them to download). If you have intel you gotta download intel drivers from the intel site and so on and so forth. I imagine that a lot of intel users are gonna run into the janky mess i did and think they got jipped by this product but patience and find the right drivers its not the device that is bad.
